Patong Bay Hill Hotel, Patong

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were so clean, amazingly spacious, and the staff was always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast was very good, and the room service was excellent. However, the property is set quite steeply and the outdoor furniture felt a bit cheap.

I had a great stay at the hotel, enjoying the privacy of the jacuzzi suite and the responsive service. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, although the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Staying at this hotel was a mix of great views over the Andaman Sea from a cozy one-bedroom apartment with a beautiful small kitchen area but encountering some service issues. The location is strategic for a peaceful stay away from Patong noise, even though getting around might incur extra costs for transportation.

The room was large and very clean, although not exactly as shown on the website. The service was fantastic, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The location is a bit out of the way, but there is a shuttle service to Patong centre. The dining experience was hit and miss, surrounded by noisy guests, and the facilities were still under construction in some areas.

Staying at the hotel was quite an experience. The rooms being up on the hill meant I had to arrange a car transfer daily, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the view from the room overlooking the infinity pool was truly breathtaking. The lack of basic utensils in the room was a downside, as having at least a set of plates and spoons would have been handy.
